Keys to stop and ask what do I need today to be able to drop into our body and align with our soul - hear our intuition and allow it to guide us.

She shares her personal story and the golden thread running through it all as her life unfolded

Born with a gift of noticing others presence and what was off beat.  

Approaching this only with the logical mind and a mindset of fixing, she began to burn out.

She studied all the parts of the mind to understand the coping strategies and stress from a mental perspective.

Having all the understanding, but finding herself sleep deprived and full of knowledge, she was still trying to fix things for others and finding herself trying to escape the reality of her own life, sleep deprived motherhood and finding herself bored with the reality of it all.

Trying to fix it all, she hired a business coach and this time burned out physically.

Turning point was when she knew she had to take an extended pause and let her body show her what it needed.

Having all the knowledge is only useful when we can bring it back into an embodied way of being that supports our nervous system.

The most powerful things are the simple things, but doing them and surrendering and allowing what needs to happen to happen.

Surrender allows our breath to deepen and our body shows up.

How the nervous system is important to our ability to be in alignment

Understanding the triggers that come in as interference to our intuition and color our current experience.

The different stages of our nervous system and how they activate our story and how that sets in motion then how people will react differently than when we are grounded in our most authentic self.

First step, notice our default activation.  A way we retreat into when we are activated. 

Once we have a sense of that, we can equip ourselves with ways to take care of ourselves.

Different flavors but a commonality to the stories we hold.

We have to learn how to build our own capacity and fill our own battery first.

A simple place to start is to implement small pauses throughout the day just to be present in the body and become aware of the vessel we are in.

The role of shame in blocking our ability to be connected to our intuition.

How shame creates more dysregulation.

Giving yourself spaciousness and softness to begin with small practices of regulation.

Asking the parts of us that are activated, “what do you need to feel safe?” to heal the parts that need to be seen.

Practicing leaning into our activations allows us to grow and to restore our full humanity.

The costs of not learning to tap into our intuition can lead to creating businesses out of trauma and end up being harmful.

The vast possibility that opens up for us when we do connect to our intuition. 

Corin’s own ability to make a major move from Austria to New Zealand because of trusting her intuition and how that changed the entire trajectory of her life.

The door that opens through our intuition allowing us to redefine how we need to do life.

We can get to a place where we can create success and abundance from our core essence and give from our overflow.

A rebellion happens as we create a new paradigm of how we want to experience life.

When we shift out of fear, we can move into love and no longer have the pressure to succeed or compare to others.

Deciding what you need to put into practice is key to begin.
